I was a very odd child to many people in my childhood and always wondered what I did wrong. My mother was the only supporter and understood a little before the puberty. She used to say concerntrate what you can do good and you will find you way forward very easy.

I found my strength to perform well in education, and my results were satisfactory before secondary education and attempted three times to pass the exam. I did not know what was wrong with me and was in jeopardy with my family and surroundings.

Then I came into higher education in the Uk and some times later discovered that the Brain tumor was the reason of not remembering things and other complications.

I took a long break and started my education again as I was unsatisfied with my situation. Although that was laughter for many around me, and I did not listen to them. Completed my BSc in engineering and Master of research with first class. Later found my savior Prof. Adrian Hopgood to finish my PhD in AI.

I have always struggled throughout my life being an introvert, and due to my health, I suffer from many other disabilities. Did not get a job with an interview. Employers intend to misjudge me for my neurodiversity and other disabilities; even holding a Doctorate, my success in securing a job is limited. The interview process and the experience are not suitable for me, and it is very stressful.

Therefore I have come up with the idea to form the Neurodivergent Business Consortium (NBC) and the first person I named Cora Burke, to join this initiative. Together we are developing initiatives (brainchild) to help people with neurodiversity.

Today we had our first event and have many well-wishers to support this initiative. Our team is growing we have Penny Plimmer, Rebecca Leppard, Jack Smith, Dr Beatriz Lopez, Dr Steven Kapp, Dr veronica Sprott, and many others to raise our voices toward neurodiversity.

We had Penny Mordaunt MP (Lord President of the Council and Leader of the House of Commons) as our chief guest, Lord Mayor of the Portsmouth City Council Cllr. Hugh Mason as Honorable guest, Jon Adams FRSA as a panel member.
