Springer Nature Technology and Publishing Solutions is the oldest publication in the world. They have more than 2,900 journals and 300,000 books, and many opportunities are offered to authors, customers and partners.

It was founded by Julius Springer in 1842 in Berlin. Later his son Ferdinand Springer grew it to the second largest academic publisher in 1842. The electronic book and journal content was launched in 1996.
