As a neurodiverse academic, I have struggled my entire life to get my actual rights. Even though my results were excellent, I failed to get a job. Therefore, continued to progress in education and finished my PhD. Now working to help people with Neuro-Developmental Disorders (NDD) to give them training and education by sharing knowledge to contribute to the UK GDP.

I always influence people by saying "If I can do it, any one can"

We can not progress if the right support is not achieved and place the right working model and frameworks for the NDD population.
