I am thrilled that our work on the ANGTHAS: A Next-Generation Telemedicine and Health Advice System, telemedicine application is shortlisted for the regional finals of the Ingenuity programme in the UK! This project aims to create a real-time health advice platform (the commercial platform known as World health aid: https://worldhealthaid.org/) that can reach healthcare providers and healthcare deprived people addressing war zones and areas where victims of natural calamities. It will be a combination of live patient and clinician-facing decision support systems. The developed systems will offer paid/free advice services such as self-diagnosis screening by video/voice chat, real-time messaging, and a portal with health-related interactive information. Furthermore, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven A & E triage, and GP/hospital appointments, will be embedded to reduce waiting time. Furthermore, our AI-driven application will help people better understand and decide or change their habits following their diet, BMI, blood glucose, heart rate, medication, and other critical information. Therefore, our app will alert its user to understand their condition. Besides these, 24/7 surveillance, consultation, and an emergency call to save lives. Additionally, it will track infectious diseases for future pandemics with its extended network.
