Every business should have future thinking in writing in full detail or a document as critical points. People may have various ways of keeping their notes, or as long as it is in a form that the key person's absence can be dealt with. I think it is mandatory for businesses, either SMEs or sole traders. It is not for personal gain; it is for the employee/s and its contributor/s benefits. Mishaps can happen at any time, and we have to prepare for that.

This week, we had our Help to Grow:Management, University of Portsmouth session for Finance and Financial Management. We have discussed how we can better manage our finance.
