Module description: the study presents an integrated fuzzy, multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). The MCDM technique utilizes a modified DELPHI method, fuzzy set theory, and fuzzy PROMETHEE methods. For modified DELPHI theory, the Analytical Network Process (ANP) includes all associated criteria to help the decision-making process as an integrated decision-making approach. A fuzzy ANP (FANP) set works functionally if there is an unclear difficulty in decision-making. PROMETHEE technique, which is a decision-making process founded on, evaluates each alternate pair and the possibilities for each criterion.
