This research attempts to develop a nationwide packaging system that is environmentally beneficial. A well-established and deeply rooted systematic approach to successful system designs and proper ML algorithms to find the optimal biodegradable solution for lowering harmful carbon discharge on the environment can be established. The study designs packaging that meets marketing criteria for performance and cost. Furthermore, the research shows a green packaging technology that develops packaging material which is sourced, manufactured, transported, and recyclable. Moreover, paper recycling decreases carbon footprints and recycling a single magazine may save 41,000 trees. In each stage of papermaking, wastes are generated. To properly get rid of such wastes, the field of tax benefits for recycling and trash reduction industries might be provided incentives to motivate recycling and better disposal techniques. Bioethanol production from various waste papers have found that the manufacture of bioethanol from waste paper, including newspapers and carton, is more economically viable than pump petrol. Therefore, this maximizes the use of renewable and recycled source materials. Furthermore, the recycled packaging materials are manufactured using clean production technologies and best practices and physically designed to optimize materials and energy. Thus, it is effectively recovered for re-use as a resource after the product has been consumed.
