🔹 Strong knowledge of YouTube algorithms, keyword tools, and analytics platforms.
🔹 Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for high-quality thumbnail creation.
🔹 Excellent sense of colour, typography, and visual balance.
🔹 Strong communication skills in English.
🔹 Creative thinker with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
🔹 Develop and implement effective YouTube SEO strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and visibility.
🔹 Conduct keyword research, optimise titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata.
🔹 Design eye-catching thumbnails that increase video click-through rates and reflect brand identity.
🔹 Analyse performance metrics to refine strategies for continuous growth.
🔹 Collaborate with the content and video teams to ensure SEO and design alignment.
